Huge investment opportunities for start-ups, MSMEs in Manesar

WTCA and its global mission

The World Trade Center Association (WTCA), a non-profit and non-political organization, has been involved in building international trade relations ever since it was founded in 1970. After the establishment of its first center (also its headquarters) in New York, subsequent set up of centers across more than 330 cities in 100 countries clearly indicate the passion in its mission. These centres have been instrumental in bridging the gap between local and global businesses and changing the dynamics of that city’s economy.

North India’s first World Trade Center

So what kind of an impact would it have on IMT Manesar, the WTC Manesar address and site for the first World Trade Center in North India? Manesar in Gurgaon is already one of the top six business hubs in India with world-class office complexes catering to some of the leading global companies. It also accounts for 34% of the total jobs in India and is the largest urban agglomeration in the world. IMT Manesar is a 1750 acre highly modern IT/ITeS hub that has paved the path for improved transport, communication and overall social development in the once idyllic village. Now as the lofty WTC Signature Tower in the 1.6 million sq ft green office complex rises up over the concrete landscape, the buck will definitely stop here.

A look at the World Trade Center in Manesar

No sooner had the project kicked off in 2008 the World Trade Center in Gurgaon got recognised as the World’s Best Office Development by IPA in association with CNBC in 2009. Built on the principle of sustainable architecture to reduce the utilisation of non-renewable energy significantly, this mainstream green office complex would be a proud example for future constructions to follow. Divided into six sections, the complex was capable of hosting business conferences, trade missions and B2B matchmaking programmes.

If owners of start-ups and MSMEs are reading this, this is your cue. Last it was heard, only 30% space was available. So if you wish to build partnerships with global brands, rush for it!
